Well, that felt really harsh! Lol. I find it strange that I ran 20 mins last Sat and sailed through it and yet on Monday and today I have struggled. After the second 10 mins today I was sure I couldn’t carry on but I did. Then proceeded to take the pooch out for a 30 min walk so I think I’ve earned a cuppa!!!!
I see that Friday brings a 25 Min run and I’m nervous I won’t be able to do it🤨 If I don’t succeed I’ll just repeat the week again? Friday may well bring some more energy. I think I need to eat better on the run days also, as I felt hungry when I started. Happy Wednesday everyone and I hope we’re all ok!
