Well, that felt really harsh! Lol. I find it strange that I ran 20 mins last Sat and sailed through it and yet on Monday and today I have struggled. After the second 10 mins today I was sure I couldn’t carry on but I did. Then proceeded to take the pooch out for a 30 min walk so I think I’ve earned a cuppa!!!!

I see that Friday brings a 25 Min run and I’m nervous I won’t be able to do it🤨 If I don’t succeed I’ll just repeat the week again? Friday may well bring some more energy. I think I need to eat better on the run days also, as I felt hungry when I started. Happy Wednesday everyone and I hope we’re all ok!

Great running SuzieMac. What you'll probably find is wk6r3 will be just as good as wk5r3. Good luck and well done 😊😊

It's basically a bit of a killer going back to the intervals after the continuous run of W5R3. Lots of people complain about it, I did !

You should be fine with W6R3.

That mental barrier you got through in the 20 minute run for week 5? It's no different to week 6! You will be fine, I believe in you! 😊

I kinda feel the same way as u SuzieMac! I think the intervals have messed us up a little. I’ve also felt like the 25 mins looming is scary but then I think, nah it’s ONLY 5 mins more than last weeks run! (Used to think 1 minute was a lifetime 🤣) This plan is amazing! We can do it 💪🏼 I’m doing my 3rd run on Friday too so I’ll look forward to ur update

Don’t fret over the next one , you’ll be fine! I’m on week 7 and can confirm that for me W6R2 was so far the toughest on the programme, but no issues with R3!

For some strange reason I've always found the 2nd run of the week the hardest 🤷‍♀️

Also sometimes you just get a rubbish run. Congratulations on pushing through to the W6R2. 👍👍👍 should you not complete a program run for some reason you only need repeat that one rather than the whole week.

Nervous you wont be able to fo it? You are knocking this out of the park. Honestly, you'll feel so much doing that 25 minute run. Its strangely easier than runs 1 & 2.

Just take it steady and you'll be coming back telling us how much you enjoyed it!

As everyone says, you will be fine... only another mere 5 mins more than last week's 20 mins 🦸‍♀️. I think the break in running is the problem as you are just getting into your rhythm and stride when you have to stop and walk. Then start again. I've found repeating week 5 🐓exactly the same and will be thinking positive thoughts for you tomorrow as I walk 🐓when you will be doing your extra 5🦅!
