The first 10 mins flew by and so did the 3 min walk in between. First few minutes of second run were difficult but by mid way I’d found my legs. I can’t believe how well my body is adapting. Bring on the 25 min run on Saturday. I can do this 😀 good luck to everyone whatever run your on!

Week 6 is awesome, and 25 minutes is fine, you have trained for it, and are getting fitter all the time. Just try to enjoy it, not think about the time too much. Personally I find getting lost really helps - I seem to remember doing that on W5R3 lol!
