Oh my god 10 minute x2 runs. I am struggling with 1 minute run, only on day 2 of week 1! I can't ever imagine me running for 10 minutes πŸ˜‚

I was getting ready to go for my W6R2 run wondering what we're going to do this morning. I was guesstimating 8r, 3w, 8r, 3w, 8r but now I know it's 2x10 mins. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Surprise ruined.

(Nah, I'm only kidding.)

Phew, just done mine. That was hard. Back to snail's pace today as most of my second 10 minutes were crawling up a hill and by the top I was screaming for Laura to stop. But it took another 2 minutes of jogging for her to do so. Still, I did it with no stopping. Goddamn 25 minutes on Friday. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I've got my W6R3 on Friday as well, actually really excited. This programme was by no means easy but a challenge. Staying positive. Good luck
