I could just copy and paste africanali's post from yesterday, I found the first 10 mins hard , the last 10 were harder still but I completed .....
Listened to Laura explain next run and she suggests if I've found previous ones difficult to complete , I don't really want to do that as I did the 20 min run so I think I'll go for run 3 and repeat it if I find it really difficult .... Any advice? What does she mean by difficult i did get there my pace was a little faster which I was surprised so if I slow it down I may get to 25 mins 🐌🍀

I think just about everyone struggles with week 6 after having their confidence lifted by completing run 3 of week 5. It's completely normal to doubt yourself but trust me I was in exactly the same position as you are now but I decided to just trust in the plan and go for it. Then guess what? Yeah, I completed the 25 minutes! So, have faith in the plan and ignore those gremlins then go for it! All the best with it.
Let's go with it so looking forward to hearing how it goes for you my plan will be to slow it down I should get out early Saturday morning , good luck tomorrow
Thanks, but since week 5 run 2 I now always have 2 rest days before attempting my next run. Therefore, my next run is actually on Saturday, so we will both be out there together. Good luck!
I've tried to analyse my difficulty yesterday but have taken everyone's advise and will give w6r3 my best shot and won't let the repeat word thinking space unless I have to. I think if you have some room to slow down that's always good advice. Good luck and I'll be watching for your post. Remember if we can't do it yet it's only that success will be delayed a little bit. I'm still holding on to faith in Laura.
