Just completed W5R2, I went very slow, maybe too slow as I feel I had plenty let in the tank. Or maybe that’s the way to do it with the 20 minute run coming up next. I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to it.
Also I have just realised I still haven’t been out for a run in the rain yet and that’s not because I’ve cancelled a run because of it, just lucky I guess.
Until Sunday my friends, have a great weekend.

Hi I'm about to do W9R2 this morning and last week got good advice re going slow. Lots of posts telling me slow is good, which I have just taken on board. Get the distance under your belt before thinking speed. Ha! Listen to me- giving advice! 66 and never run in my life but I'm doing this, so you can too! Good luck.
