Set off felt good, run was steady, everything was good, ran 8 mins with no real issue.
Then comes the walk, well my first run after my first walk is always a troublemaker, I always feel uncomfortable and canโt find the right pace blah blah...
Well today this went on for 8 minutes!!!
It was raining big drops of rain, I bumped into every bin man on earth and what is it with inconsiderate people who put bins out all over the place... Iโm just moaning now!!
Positives... I am looking forward to the 20 min run as I donโt have to stop and walk just when I found my mojo !!!
Chalking todayโs run up as โ and thatโs about it.

Well done for getting out there and running ๐โโ๏ธ in this weather I liked the longer runs but remember to go slow and slower again if needed we all like a good moan ๐๐คฃ๐๐๐
I discussed it with my other half and he runs and cycles and all that jazz, I think he is right in the fact it will prob be easier as I tend to settle into a run quite early on and the walking does me in. Looking at all my stats my best part of todayโs run was the last 3 mins of the first 8 min run.
Anyway if I canโt do it, Iโll just do it again. No pressure x
Well done Sazzles9 for getting through that run this morning , and no prob to have a moan too.
At the very early stages of C25K I couldnโt wait for a walk to come around and a chance to catch my breath. Now though Iโm beginning to see and agree with what your other half says, in that itโs now easier to settle on to a reasonable pace and keep going. Having said that, in those first several weeks the breaks are needed whilst we build up stamina etc etc.
Great that youโre looking forward to your next run. That was by far my favourite run so far. Just take it steady and enjoy it ๐๐ช๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
