Sorry about your first run of week 6 ending up in injury, just give yourself a rest from running, the day before you run again, drink plenty of water, rerun run 1 of week 6 but a little slower than you did the first time, hopefully the injury will not come back.

Thanks for the advice I finished run one I fell of the pavement the other week and it’s been ok but soon as I get to 3k it starts to hurt so think it’s rest and see how it goes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😡

Try easing back the pace when you start up again and avoid overstriding.

Ok thanks just iced it up Sean’s to be calming down so I will keep doing rice for a week and see how it goes 😡🤞

Sorry to hear this, ensure fully fit before running we'd hate it to become worse rather than better

I’m just back from Barcelona, and my tendon is no better. I’m doing exercises recommended by the GP, but it’s still very sore. I will, probably get in touch with GP again and hope she refers me for physio. Not a happy bunny 😥

They call them eccentric exercises - if you google that you should find some info. But it might be better to consult your GP, as mine gave me the information 👍
