Well, I was dreading that today. I did all week 1 runs during the day as I was off work.
Feared W2R1 all day today and whilst I'm not going to claim it was easy, I got home, chucked my kit on and headed out before I had chance to think. I wasn't fast, but I did survive! 😁
Struggling a bit with a sore left ankle, think my technique needs some work as I'm slapping my feet down. Any tips please? At the moment I'm focussing on breathing only! 😂

I genuinely didn't think I would be able to do the 90 seconds, but it was far easier than I thought.
Hope your hip is ok and you find a way to push through that. I've been finding that my ankle hurts when I start but is then ok until I get home, when I limp about! 😂
I think the route can hinder or help. I live at the top of a hill, no matter which way I do it I have to finish uphill. My Fitbit registers 13 flights of stairs on my route! 😂
Think I'll need to find a better route at some point!
