We've all felt like that. Just take it slowly. You're aiming to start when prompted and stop when prompted. Do it slowly enough so you do this and can gauge just how much you can do.
Everytime I start a new week, my pace is slow. By the second run I realise I can up the pace slightly, and more again on the third run. This means that, for me, the first run of a new week is actually we one relief after the run 3 of the previous week where I've really pushed myself. It means that I actually look forward to the first run of each new week rather than dreading it!
Good luck with yours. The high you'll feel when you realise you've actually done it is amazing.
i hope so lol
Well done and good luck. 3 minutes sounds like such a big jump but you have already come a long way and you won't find it too bad. I think I really enjoyed week 3 and 4 once I got there.
Just keep it slow and steady, you will get there.
Good luck and keep us posted
I found week 2 one of the hardest of all - so you've nailed that one. Keep going and pace yourself!
I was dreading the 3 minute runs too (last week) and today I ran for 5 minutes.
You'll amaze yourself.
Keep your pace steady and you'll do it! As previously mentioned the pride after completing it is phenomenal. :)))
I've just finished week 3 and week 4 starts tomorrow. Looking forward to it already. I find that my recovery is getting quicker and easier after each run. Feeling good to get some compliments about looking healthier already!
