How annoying! Don't worry though, it's a good added reason to keep your next running date!

I accidentally forget to turn it off or on occasionally, but those moments help us to remember to do it properly next time! Before long you will have built a routine around running and it will be automatic. Good luck!

Great running cb1322 shame about the tracking. I did it the other day , went out for a run at the end went to stop the watch and realised I hadn't even started it.. it happens to us all 😂

That’s annoying, i loved week 4 it was when i started to feel we could do this so well done and enjoy your running journey

Very annoying. But, in a few weeks time, you wont even care :-)

i don’t care now.......just done r2. This morning timing stuff all worked well, didn’t get as far as r1 but only by a 100y or so and this morning 6am was black as a bag and wet whereas sunday lunchtime was dryish and light. Achilles are still a bit stiff. Only 4 weeks until it starts getting lighter in the morning. Think i will try again on friday morning......then on to w5 on sunday.
