Well that was chilli run π₯Ά. Felt good and got through it quite wellπ. Did find my left calf and leg seem bit stiffer. Anyone know why. ? Am I running more on my left to heavy. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ

Well done I've just done w4r1, my ankles seemed to hurt just at the last 2 mins of last 5 min run, they are fine now. No idea about yours I'm nearly 40 so every day i find a new ache

Well done on the run, weβre at the same same stage. Not sure about the stiffness, after todayβs run my bum felt like it had done some work haha π

Well done. It's always nice to get that first run of the week under your belt.
Try a few stretches before and after your run. Might help a bit. Could be your running shoes too. Maybe not enough cushioning?
