Well that was chilli run ๐Ÿฅถ. Felt good and got through it quite well๐Ÿ˜€. Did find my left calf and leg seem bit stiffer. Anyone know why. ? Am I running more on my left to heavy. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜

Well done I've just done w4r1, my ankles seemed to hurt just at the last 2 mins of last 5 min run, they are fine now. No idea about yours I'm nearly 40 so every day i find a new ache

Beckyboo Iโ€™m nearly 52 so you are lot younger than me haha. Run was ok itโ€™s self, just notice that my leg was getting tight. ๐Ÿ˜€

Well done on the run, weโ€™re at the same same stage. Not sure about the stiffness, after todayโ€™s run my bum felt like it had done some work haha ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes I felt that too. My legs are ok now just felt tight thatโ€™s all CJMumma. Sure it will get better as week goes on. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚

Well done. It's always nice to get that first run of the week under your belt.

Try a few stretches before and after your run. Might help a bit. Could be your running shoes too. Maybe not enough cushioning?
