I was at arrochar today and decided to do my run there ..What a beautiful day ...I did it but it wasn't easy .. my muscles feel tight if you know what I mean ..It was ok until I got to the last 5 minutes but did it never the less ,😊 quite chuffed actually that I managed it

Well done, it sounds like a great run! I’ve got this coming up tomorrow and i’m slightly daunted by the 5 minute stints, eek! Hope your muscles feel better soon.

I was exactly the same although I could do 3 min ok was dreading 5 ...But you will do it I'm sure ...I'm hoping my muscles will be ok for tomorrow

I’m on W4 too, just done run 2. I am finding the second 5 mins run really tough but it was slightly easier this am than it was last time, so I’m hopefully. I wanted to be sick after W4R1 and I didn’t today so I count that as a win!!

Starbeas33 and Myrar have encouraged me, I start W4 run 1 tomorrow, sort of dreading the 5 minutes, however, I did feel fine yesterday doing the 3 minutes of week 3 run 3, so I hope I will be OK.
