Wow that was a tough run. Tried a new location and forgot how hilly it was. I really struggled on the last 5 min run and 5 min fast walk as it was ALL up hill 🥵. The only thing that got me through was a post I had read on here this morning (thank you to whoever wrote it) saying if you don’t complete a workout you have to repeat the whole week! So I braved through the pain to the end 💪. On another note, I’ve logged all my runs on strava with notes of how each run went, and just reading back I’ve logged every R1 of each week tough with more positive notes of it getting easier on R2and R3 so I’m quite happy now 😃

Exactly the way I feel Di! Doing 4:1 tomorrow. A few of us in the same week to cheer each other on🥳

Firstly well done and hills will make you a stronger runner just run slow and keep your body upright it will help with breathing. It's only the run you don't finish you would repeat not the full week . Good luck . You can do this 😊

Amazing, well done! That's really interesting to hear about your Strava feedback. I'm definitely going to keep log now also. Good luck with R2 😊

Thank you. Knowing how much looking back on strava helped me tonight I’ve just been on Amazon and ordered a diary/journal to keep an honest log of how I’m feeling before and after each run 😊

I have a log of every run I have done from December 2015. It makes great reading n the long winter's night or when I feel I am not moving on :)

Great job... that mental strength to get to the end will serve you well throughout your running journey.

You did well... unfortunately we do get incorrect, ( and some scary ) advice given... usually because folk have not bothered to read the important FAQ post for Newbies. You do not have to repeat a whole week at all.

You simply repeat the run that you do not finish.

You did very, very well...and running through that pain must have been horrid. Take it very slowly and steadily and on you go:)

Anything you want to ask or are unsure about or think is odd, you just put it out here:)

Thank you. The support on here is amazing. I’ve never stuck to anything for this long before and I honestly believe it’s all thanks to the support on here. Instead of waking up and grabbing my phone to browse fb I’m now on here been inspired by all your comments which sets me up for the day 😃

Skills! Also did W4R1 yesterday and that last 5 minutes seems to last forever. Hopefully it’s better on R2.
