Week 4 Run 1

Well, i hadn’t run for 5 days since the last run and I think that’s too long. Did it tho! Can anyone tell me if they follow a structured pattern of running? I’m trying not to leave more than two days in between but it’s not always possible. Hope everyone else is doing ok 👍

Well done! I did that run this morning too. I run Monday, Wednesday and Friday and find that works for me. Was worried the 2 day break between weeks would set me back but it hasn’t! Never thought I’d be running for 5 whole minutes at a time 😂

I have days in mind when I start the week, depending on what is going on that week and obviously ensuring that there is at least 1 days rest inbetween, and I stick to these days. If I waited until I had the time I don't think I would ever go out!

Same. I have to MAKE time otherwise it wouldn’t happen!

Well done for still completing it. Great effort.

I do my weeks across Thurs, Sat and Monday, then take two days off between weeks.

I'm sure a couple of days between each run is fine physically. Just work through the program and be realistic about how long it's going to take to complete so you can manage your expectations. Set targets I.e aim to complete week 6 by 'x' date, so you can measure your success better.

Keep on doing it you're doing a great job.

I run Mon Wed Fri wherever I am and whatever the weather. I roll out of bed and just do it! 🤣

I was running Mon/Wed/Fri, with the weekend between weeks. Well done for today 👍😁

I either run Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I have, at most, two days of rest in between two runs.
