Week 4-Run 1

I’m not sure if I survived or just passed out and this is a dream!! That was by far the hardest run yet, the 5 min runs were an absolute killer. I’m not sure if it’s a useful or a ghastly reminder when you’re given a time check at 2.5 and 4 mins! Each time I think, yesss it’s over...then oh god no, I’ve got to run more. Still I’ve done it, woo hoo.

Good job! The 5 min is not easy, but you realise that you start to think: oh good, it's only 3 min. When last week 3 min was long. So I guess next week we will be thinking: oh good it's only 5 minutes, although this week it seems neverending :P

You’re so right, I guess I need to look at the whole picture at the tough moments

You are doing really great! Remember, 3 weeks ago running for 60 seconds wasn't easy ;)

Way to go Tracy... some of them take grit, some of them will come easy... finish them both just the same. Enjoy the feelings at the end and use them in the next run, you’re doing just great.

Thank you, my legs feel like they’ve had a battering today!

If they’re aching it’s just them whining because they have to work now... they’ll get used to it!

Well done! I've just got back from wk 4 r2, it was definitely easier today. Not looking forward to the 8 mins run next week though!
