Well did my first morning run, it did cut around 10 hours off my recovery but unable to run tonight, going out out. But seemed well up for it and actually managed it easier than expected, does mean extra recovery time now to run 2, which I will gladly take!I seem to be noticing that this time round seems easier, not entirely physically but both physically and mentally, wondering if the body and brain remembers from last time I did this, hopefully it will stay like that for the rest of C25k! Not expected but will take anything. Enjoying it more this time and have noticed a marked improvement in my fitness and breathing through the day, am I happy? You bet!!!

Sounds like it’s going well for you, which is brilliant!🙂 I think having done the program before (even it was a while ago) you mentally know what to expect and also know that it works!

Week 5 is a special week and that 20 min non-stop run on run 3 is one that everyone remembers - so good luck!👍🙂

C25K repeated is like an old comfy cardigan... slip it on and feel the familiarity and the warmth... well done to you!

So pleased you are enjoying the programme. It really is great! I loved all those weekly achievements!

Don’t let Run 3 psych you out. You’ve got it!

Keep us posted.
