W5R1 complete

I was dreading this run, I took the day off work today as I had some holiday left. I wanted to just chill and do nothing of course. Convinced myself to do the run and started my W5. Managed to complete it, although it was very slow only did 3.5k but I’m proud that I did it nonetheless. Here’s to the week ahead.

Slow is the best way to tackle this plan... very well ran. Keep it nice and slow through these middle weeks, you’re almost half way

Well done.

Don't worry about pace. C25K is about developing stamina, which you do by running slowly.

Don't dread any run............that is pure negativity.

This might help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Such a helpful read! To be honest, I need to remind myself that I have completed every run since W1 without having to stop or walk more and completed 3 runs a week since starting. I’m looking forward to getting my stamina up to be able to do a whole 5k without stopping

You are nailing the programme, doing really well, as others have said, focus on finishing the runs, don't worry about speed or distance, 3.5k sounds good anyway as you are still not running all the time, just think how far you have come already.
