Today and tomorrow are rest days between week 7 and week 8.

But, my God. What I wouldn't do to go for a run right now. I know I can't as I just went for one yesterday. And I did some light walking this morning.

But. I've just gotten back from being all dressed up for a bridal shower (I hate dressing up). The weather is perfect - slightly cloudy and a bit windy. I feel restless. I have nothing to do before dinner.

Goddamnit.

Oh no, you e well and truly caught the running bug. You're going to be a running bore. But hey - we'll always listen, sympathise, celebrate and cheer you on. Leggings and t-shirts are far nicer than fancy clothes 🤣

Ohhhhhhh I'm completely converted to wearing leggings all day, every day. If I could wear them to work, I would!

Exercise clothing over fancy clothing always!

If it wasn’t for the pain of sports bras I’d be in full running kit most of the time x

Do some non impact strength training.............it will make you a better runner.

I just love being able to breathe so much deeper when i run instead of panting away like i did in the beginning
