Hi guys, I just want to thank you all so much. I didn't officially do C25K...in fact believe it or not I hadn't heard of it until recently! I stated running about a year ago much in the way that it advocates ie: mainly walking with slow increases but as 3 weeks seemed to cause too many aches and pains initially I stuck at twice a week, and stalled at 24 minutes with stops to get my breath back! Then about 5 weeks ago I found this forum and used the advice and info off you amazingly supportive folks to get with the programme...I am now running 3 times a week and my last 4 runs were for 30 minutes, without stopping! I am so thrilled, and tired but enthusiastic! Happy to be here and grateful this place exists...best forum ever!!!πββοΈππ

Thank you...who knew getting fit could be such fun! I'm definitely staying with the forum, my poor son gets the pants bored off him after every run π but all the guys on here get it, how can it be boring when health wise it's pretty much life changing for most of us...glad you're enjoying it too π
