W4R1 Strength and Flex question

Woot woot. Finished and feeling confident and wanting to run some more but taking the communal wisdom to give it a day's rest before going on. It's been so long since I ran a total of 16 minutes.

If you do the Strength and Flex podcast on non-run days, what is your sense of how much that helps?

Well done !

Doing the S and F podcast on some days could help you..many of us did it alongside C25K..but..don't stop there head over to the S and F forum.

There are loads and loads of ideas for exercise there for some of the rest days.

That will use up any extra energy and the benefits will be terrific!

Benefits are that it will do as name suggests - help build whole body strength and flexibility. Running is great but by doing that only we work just the legs. I find building core strength helps hibs and back, dont want bingo wings so add arm exercises. As Oldfloss says, head to s&f for loads of interesting options.
