Can anybody tell me , if it's ok to do strength& flex every day if not running ? I'm thinking of doing a modified version while my ankle heals . Thanks

I have done some ankle drops (I think that's what they're called) off the edge of the stairs, and rotating the ankle etc. Standing on one foot, that sort of thing. I've been rolling a golf ball under my foot as well. You feel you have to do something

Yes I'm not used to this carry on , I can bear weight on it now, even though it's a bit painfull .

I can't see any problem Rockette, so long as you don't put too much onto that sprained ankle. It will help pass the time until you get running again. Good luck.

The recommendation is every other day so up to you, but some of the exercises in the later weeks put a little more strain on the ankle. The walking to warm up etc should give you some indication on how the ankle is though.
