So after trying to get out all weekend to finish week 2 and then coming up with excuses to put it off. Tonight I finally got out and did it, I slowed right down and didn’t cover as much distance but for the first time I wasn’t praying for Jo to say slow down.
Can’t wait for Wednesday to start week 3.

Well done....going slow and then slowing down again and then some more if necessary really works and has done a lot to get me where I am now. If you haven’t already I would really recommend googling Japanese slow running....was really helpful for me. 😍 Cx
