I went out this morning for week 2 run 3. All good. I got out of breath and sweaty, but I did all the runs. I was chased my some enthusiastic dogs at one point 😂
I’m not sure how I’m going to handle the jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes of running in week 3, but I’ll see how it goes.

I've just re-started at Week 1, but did manage to get (just) past Week 3 into R1 W4. Every week of change is a bit of a shock but as others have said, the course is designed so that each run prepares you for the next one. One little 'trick' is used to do was, on my final run of a certain week, I would try to stretch my final run to as long as my next run would be, so in your case I would have tried to stretch it from 90 seconds to 3 minutes. My theory behind this was that whatever happens, I have officially finished that week (I've run the time). I'd then also got an Idea of how I would feel on the next one. If I could manage the extra time I could go into it with confidence, if I couldn't, I knew that I'd have more preparation to do, and MUST go more slowly right from the start on the following run. Good luck with next week, please let us all know how you get on.
Believe me that you can and will do it, I just graduated today and it’s only a few short weeks ago that I was where you are now with all the doubts. Take it slow is the one key piece of advice, as long as you are running you are building stamina and the speed is irrelevant. Keep it up and let us know how you are getting on 👍
You will be fine, trust the program it really is perfectly structured for success. No luck required just take it slow and prepare to be amazed at yourself 😀
