So out at 5am this morning finishing off week 2. I am happy that I have done it but,as it was quite a challenge, I wonder if I should repeat this week or carry on to week 3? Opinions please 😊😊😊

I would be for moving on πŸ™‚ Go very slowly. No need to hurry

Enjoy yourself πŸ˜ƒ

Definitely move on. As Oldfloss will say 'start slow and go slower'. At first (I'm on week 7) I found this very difficult advice to follow but she's absolutely right and it's what has helped me through my periods of doubt with my ability to run. Go for it.

You can repeat until you are confident that you can move on, but I think the best option is to move on. You will surprise yourself and accepting and overcoming the next challenge will boost your self confidence. Becoming a runner is in a huge part a mental challenge....as you will discover. Belief is key.

Should you not manage to complete a run, you have not failed, you have found your current limit. Simply repeat that run, strengthening your body and mind with each repeat until you complete, then you move on.

The only fail associated with this plan is staying on the couch.

Thanks for your wise advice and encouragement! Next run will be w3r1 at a stately pace with a big grin on my face 😊😊😊

You are done, time to move on. Each week should be a challenge for you, but don't worry the program will guide you through steadily. You don't want to get stuck on a week you have already completed.

You did it, tick the box move on. If you find any in W3 really hard then focus on them. It seems to me if you pardon the pun you're up and running
