Well that is week two completed, and feeling energised. My recovery from each of the runs have got quicker this week and not feeling out of breath for too long during my five minute cool down walk. Is that a good thing?

Good to heat well done I felt the same after end of Week 2 I recovered much faster starting week 3 today so here goes!

I did it whoop whoop, like you said the less bounce made it a lot better. I could actually sing this week(only a little😀 and very quietly)Actually looking forward to run 2 for the first time. Thank you to you all because chatting to everyone has helped so much👍
