Week 2 done! ✅

So pleased I’ve managed to keep this up for 2 weeks (so far) this morning I really thought I couldn’t be bothered! (How lazy) but I made myself just get out there and do it and now I feel great & so happy to have completed the 2nd week. Week 3 looks like a big jump to run from 90 secs to 3 mins but I’m going to give it a go & trust the program as many of you have said. Thanks for your support everyone. Well done to everyone just starting & everyone that’s also just finished! We can do this! 💪🏽

Fabulous!!! I am a week behind you and also have some ankle issues. So good to hear others have similar pains and aches and how they manage!

Don’t forget that your walking bits should be brisk this means that it is all activity so therefore there isn’t such a big jump from fast walking to slow jogging (if that makes sense). Good luck. You won’t need it 😊

I find some morning I can’t be ar*ed to go and run but I make myself get dressed and just get out there and always feel better for it. If I don’t I kick myself all day thinking “ I wish I’d run”. I never come home and think “ I wish I hadn’t run”.

I am really pleased you have finished week 2 and you’re keeping at it! Well done! If you don’t feel ready to go onto the next week you could always repeat week 2 runs for another couple of runs or until you feel confident. When I did c25k, that’s what I did. However, if you just do week 3, you will probably be surprised what you can do. Just remember there is no rush to get to the end. You can do it at your own pace and if it takes 12 weeks, then so be it. Well done on week 2 though.

Well done 👍 you’re doing great 👊💪
