Hi All - after ten days on The IC and a lost mojo Followed by a short break in Ireland , with the only running I did was to the bar for a pint of Guinness- I am glad to say I’ve found my mojo !! I text my VRB who’d also gone quiet on the running front and we spurred each other on! A nice gentle 5k each on our treadmills this evening and a promise to get back into our 3 runs a week as we’ve both been slacking! So now I feel good - going to sign up for another 10K and get practicing.
This running 🏃♂️ journey has been marvellous all the way and this Forum is amazing so thank you all !
