Fourth 25 minute run completed. Couple of not so great features included extended annoying advertorial on the podcast I was listening to and a cold headwind on the return leg. Still, I must have been enjoying tailwind on the outward leg, so shouldn’t complain!

Great you've now completed wk7. Sometimes depending on how strong the wind it can feel like resistance training added on to your running. But then like you say it can give you a push also. Well done you 😊
Great effort, I think by the long run stages certainly at end of w8 and 9 I turned the podcasts real low so I only heard the finished bit. Happy running, tiny increase in time for last 2weeks you’ll soon be there.
