Didn’t complete week 7 run 2

Didn’t complete this run despite running the 25minutes twice!? Tried this run yesterday and could only manage 12 minutes before my left leg started hurting. Thought I would try it again today and the same thing happened at 8 minutes... how!? Drank so much water yesterday to compensate and was slow... any slower I would be walking! Right leg is fine btw.

Maybe your left leg has a small issue currently?? I had to stop last years attempt tp find out my left knee needed serious strengthening with physiotherapy at my Gps referral after an MRI told him i have fluid on my knee tonnes of constant swelling despite barrly any muscle being there (i didnt know i was lacking muscle) but i also had cartilage issues as it was tearing itself away. So just be careful with your left leg get it checked incase theres a serious condition of some kind underlying the cause of pain. It may be nothing don't take my word for it but best get it checked if its happened twice during a run i reckon. Xx :) hope yourleg doesnt stop you running altogether pal

I hope not, it’s not massively bad but I know it’s not normal. It just keeps going tight! Has been a little bit tight today..?🤔

Im sure youll be fine then. If its just tightness it may just be your leg isnt quite liking the week 7 runs atm 😑 i couldnt really fully reccomend anything other than if it gets worse then definetly get your GP to check it.

I have had a similar problem and am now just back running. I saw a osteopath and have had a few massages. Don’t be like me so determined to carry on running that I didn’t stop until it was happening on my walks as well. Didn’t run for approx 4 weeks then restarted on week 5 of C25K getting there now. Good luck

My leg being tight was also on my walk on my cool down. Definitely not normal. Will try again Wednesday and see how I get on. Temperature may well be the cause of this.
