Yah! I started 2 days before you on Easter Monday and just completed week 6. The 25 mins was hard - please tell me the three 25 min week 7 runs get easier!?!
I wouldn’t say ‘easier’ but just keep your pace slow. Many get too concerned about their pace and it’s just about completing it comfortably. I found my leg ached more on today’s run. I did follow Laura’s suggestion of running the last minute faster and that felt better than the jog! You’ll be fine.

I think you're right pace is a problem for me. I'm training to run 1.5 miles in less than 14 mins and at the start of the programme was a bit obsessed with it and going way too fast.
I managed to curb that but now with the longer runs I know it should be possible for me to go the 5k (I run a Parkrun route) in the time even with with the warmup/cooldown walks so I'm pushing myself again. Actually went a little more than 5k this morning so probably am going too fast for my ability level Might try running some different routes next week so I don't know how far I'm going x

very well done. fantastic, ive done week 7 run 1 this morning and was suprised how well it went, however I am realising I need to change my run route a bit because the longer runs dont quite fit properly! Good luck for week 8

Well done. I just finished week 7 yesterday. Had help from the better half who ran with me. She’s a 10 k runner. Got me through the run plus 2mins extra. Not sure about next week, but hey ho will give it my best, just like all on here.
If you've done 25 mins you will have no problem with 28! Good luck !
