Hi everyone,

reading loads of encouraging posts on here.

I've not ran since school so finding it quite a challenge.

Need to lower my blood pressure so began the journey.

Just hope it works!

Any tips appreciated.

Don't worry you're doing great, I'd never ran before starting c25k. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Hi there and welcome! You’re on W3 so doing great. I assume you’ve read the How To post which covers a lot and has great advice and tips. My personal advice would be to make sure you do the pre and post run stretching 😁

Trust your body and repeat runs or weeks as you feel necessary. I am taking it really slow - we can do this!!
