Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5. That is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs πŸƒ 😊

Yay!! Well done, you can do this.

I really love seeing the "apprehensive" to "I did it" posts about W5r3. This program is tried and tested, and really works.

Thanks Marky I know it is such a head game the second guessing etc. I think todays run has just made me realise that I can trust the programme I am determined to finish now . So happy πŸ˜€

Congratulations!! I like to get on and do the run as quick as I can or it hangs over me a bit. Got mine done nice and early today and so relieved I was able to finish. There were a few moments when I doubted myself and my head is knackered from arguing with myself so much but it’s a great feeling to know that 20 minutes is possible. Never would have believed it 5 weeks ago.

Well done , but be careful as rest days are there for a reason you don't want an injury that will put you out of running 😊😊

I know I am usually really careful but if I hadnt got out this morning it may have been Sunday before I could. I took a risk and it paid off this time but will be more careful going forward really dont want an injury know have to finish. πŸ‘πŸƒ

Yay go you πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ most of us have panicked on that run but for me it was definitely the defining one. I figured if I can do 20 mins straight then more work and 30 will be easy.

Thanks Agentmay that is exactly how I feel. I believe I can actually finish now which I didnt up until the 20 min run. If we believe it we can do it, keep moving πŸ’•πŸƒ
