Thanks to all who spurred me on, I’ve just done my first wk4 run! I managed, slowly, and in the last 5 min run I had to stop the clock and walk for 20 seconds in the middle. But I’m classing this as a win!!

Well done you! Don't worry about the 20 seconds! If I have had to stop for any reason ie headphones falling out or sound stopping etc I just add it on at the end. It's quite flexible. Keep it up!

So why scared? C25K is a training plan, gently developing your body with progressive challenges.............you cannot fail it unless you return permanently to the couch.
This might help you in your approach healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
