Another lovely day for running. I went out just before lunchtime, and it was lovely and sunny. The run went pretty much like the first one on Monday - tough for the first 8 to 10 minutes and then seemed to find a rhythm. Really enjoyed it 😊

Spotify on shuffle, favourite of a bad bunch Blurred lines which kicked in towards the end of the first 5 minute run, just when I needed it! Not very PC I know, but it’s a good tooone 😜

What a beautiful area to run in. Well done - sounds like you had a good one. Happy running :)

Well done! You’re doing SO well!

What a beautiful view and a lovely place to run. It usually takes me 12 to 15 minutes to find my rhythm, I blame my short stature on that.

I haven’t counted the 5 min warm up walk, so could be around the same if you do.....

Fantastic progress, well done! What a gorgeous place to run. The first 5-10 minutes are always a bit tough. It’s called the ‘toxic ten’ where it feels your legs and brain are having an argument about what the hell is going on! Then your body adjusts and you find your nice pace. You can probably find a post about it on here somewhere but it’s quite common. I do my times tables to force me to focus on something else! Good luck with the next run, you’re doing brilliantly x

Toxic ten, first time I’ve heard that, will have to google. And times table reciting is a great idea......if I can remember them!
