Out at 6.15 for my Sunday morning run. With only
Mr Smooth and the foxes for company I set off on my way in the dark. I always find the first run most difficult. Is this because I am getting my breathing right and getting settled? Not sure but I completed the run and am feeling that I am achieving something. I am starting to feel good about myself, those endorphins are being released.
