Just completed W4R2, completed 3.5k comfortably in the cooler slightly wet conditions. Just wondering whether to stick to my usual run on Friday or try going to my first parkrun. I know I won’t be able to run 5k but I’m curious whether I could do it through the combination of running and walking. Just to change things up from running on my own and having a bit of company.

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 4, I think you should miss this Saturday and run run 3 of week 4 on Friday, the reason being next week it's week 5, so if you run on Friday, run runs 1 and 2 of week 5 on Monday and Wednesday of next week and at the parkrun on Saturday 8th June you can run run 3 of week 5, however, it's up to you how and where you want to run. 🏃
That’s very confusing hehe!
It's up to you whether you want to run the third run of week 4 on Friday or at the parkrun this Saturday, sorry if I confused you with the different days, runs and times. 😊 🏃

Yes, good idea to give your local Parkrun a go and then you could make it a regular thing if you want to. I might have a go at my local Parkrun on Saturday, not sure if I can run the whole 5k but apparently lots of people walk or run / walk their way round the course.
