Welcome... do check out that link... lots of great advice as Instructor57 says. including some tips on building up stamina and core strength, all of which is going to be so useful as you move through the runs

You will have ..... it's a great program. You'll soon be hooked! But remember you can repeat as many runs or weeks that you feel you need to. Go slower than you think and you will be fine. Well done on completing your first week and may it be the first of many on your running journey 🤗🏃♀️🏃

Just finished W2R3. I am doing it on a treadmill at home. The clock was tormenting me all the way so I had to cover it up 😂. Found it easier to concentrate on running than on the slowly ticking time!
