So graduates puff too! I've only got 1 more run to do and I hoped that, miraculously,I'd be able to breathe enough to fuel my muscles after graduating ) :

Yes, I think I'll be doing my fair share of puffing and panting! Haha! Well done on graduating!

Well done. The first step is always the hardest and in 9 weeks time you will look back in amazement at how far you've come. I am on Week 9 now and plan to graduate this coming Saturday. Just take it steady and at your own pace and trust in Laura and you'll be at the finishing post in next to no time.

Wow, Jean jeannie, well done and loads of congratulations! You must be so proud, you're an inspiration!

Did you do your second run ? How did you get on with it ??

Not sure about an inspiration but if I can help you on your way I am glad to do so. All my life I have said I can't run - but guess what - I can - and so can you.

Thanks to everyone for comments and support...it means so much to me! I'm a bit stiff today but going out in Thursday to do the first run again...gosh, I feel really excited, yet haven't exercised..in fact avoided it for so long! :-) Good luck to everyone for a great, positive day ahead!

Another newbie here! Have done wk1 r1&2 over the bank holiday weekend and aiming to do r3 tonight. Am so geared up for this and in the right frame of mind and if all works well I should graduate at the end of October. My gift to myself will then be a nicee gps watch to track my distances!

Good luck Maggymay and to everyone else just joining and stay positive - Laura will help us through it!

You are doing really well and I love the idea of the little motivational present at end of October! I'm going to pinch that idea and start looking at gos watches too! Good luck!

I've got 1 run to do before I graduate so I can tell you how great you'll feel as the weeks go on, and so do you! I couldn't run before I started and, although it's always a challenge, we can do it! Couch25K really is the best! All the best Maggymay

Well, starting W2tomorrow...so pleased and astounded! Haha...I'm really enjoying myself and feeling confident...I've never been much of an exerciser, to be honest, but I feel I can do this, one step at a time....how you're enjoying your runs, , Stayinbed, and feeling good. :-)

Well done! I'm hoping to start either tonight or first thing in the morning. I'm feeling very excited but I also feel quite nervous in case I fail miserably! I've always wanted to be able to run but I suppose the hardest part is the first step out of the door. Wish me luck and I'll keep you posted. The comments on here are totally inspirational.

Hope all going well, Cocospeedy! After work tomorrow I'm beginning w2. Managing to stay focused..I'm really enjoying doing something just for me, which makes me feel good. Hope you're enjoying it too! Together, we'll become fit and healthy!

How exciting! I completed wk1 today and I'm looking forward to starting wk2 on Tuesday. My previous 2 runs were in the evening but I ran this morning and found it more difficult do you run morning or night? I agree when you say it's nice to do something for yourself I'm getting a real buzz out of it! Good luck tomorrow with the next step ??
