Hi,

All i can say is, stick to this plan, don’t miss a run, & you will see slow but steady improvements, by week 5 you will look back & see what a difference it has made to your physical & mental health, I cannot recommend this plan enough, so give it all you’ve got & I promise you will be so proud of yourself in a few weeks time

Good luck! 😊💪🏻👍🏃‍♂️

Welcome. You can do this... we will support you the whole way... every time you run there will be a lot of us running at the exact same time, we are your virtual running buddies. Come and tell us how the run went. We will cheer you on when it’s going great, and pick you up if you have a bad day. All succeeding with this plan takes is you getting your butt off the couch and to your start line for each run. You’ll amaze yourself lots of times... enjoy the journey.

Hello and welcome 🖐️

You've come to the right place 👍

Definitely read the link from Iannodatruffe... It's full of great advice.

Then just follow the programme, go slow and steady 🐌

It's not about speed.... It's building up your fitness levels and stamina.

Wk1R1 is the hardest of them all, I thought I was going to have a heart attack!.... But I followed the programme and just took it slow (that bit was easy!) and I've recently "Graduated 🎓" and can run for 30 mins👍

It's not been pretty or easy but I've stuck with it and have done something I never thought I'd do.... And that's enjoy running 🏃‍♀️.

So we're all here running with you, just believe in yourself, get some decent tunes and go for it 🙌

Keep us posted on your running journey
