Well that's run 3 of Week 2 complete, feeling a little tired, but pleased to have managed to stick to the plan so far. Also hit my 2 stone weight loss target this morning a week earlier than I targeted. Another stone by xmas Fingers crossed.

Well done David. It's a great feeling of achievement isn't it when you finish another week? All the best with Week 3 (which is where I am at the moment), from your confident sounding post you should fine this relatively easy (not that I have!), just be wary as two of the runs are twice as long as you've gone so far, so it may be a case od slowing down a little. Let us know how you're getting on though it's good inspiration for all of us, and finally well done with your weight loss too, I bet you're chuffed about that too.
