Newbie!!! Just signed up to this app. This morning I did run 3 week 2. A little worried about starting week 3, not sure I will be able to manage the 3min runs
I am wishing I joined a club as it’s a little lonely 😪

Do not worry.🤔It only brings tension to your running.
I notice this your first post.🌟👏👏
Have you read the essential reading FAQ Posts.🤔👏👏
Busy time getting your preparation routine, repair day and run days sorted.
Providing you have completed your runs to date following an obligatory non impact repair day👍.
Just trust the tried and tested programme. It prepares you run by run. 👍
Believe it and believe in you.👍
Stick with the slow and steady mantra that protects your legs , footfall under your hips , kissing the ground gently and gives you the time to breathe in your own natural way and gets the extra oxygen you need to run.👍
You will do it, one foot after the other, one run after the other.👍
It is your journey and it is not a race.🤔
This C25k is a gift to yourself , do not fear it only enjoy.
All the support you need here, keep asking.🌟👏👏
You’ll do it! This program really works I struggled at week 1 counting down the 60 seconds, now I’ve completed W7R3 running for 25 mins!! So it definitely works even when you think it’s ridiculous - the infamous W5R3!!
Just keep going nice and steady. This forum is really supportive and friendly. Good luck!
Thank you for your replies. I’ve definitely learnt a lot these last 2 weeks. I’m going to be a plodder, and that is OK!! Starting a new week week shouldn’t worry me but I’m so scared of failing especially as I want this to work so bad!
Tbae gave fab advice, them I find the hardest bit putting the trainers on and leaving the house. Especially if it is raining or work has been intensive.
For me, the answer is to just go, I felt great satisfaction as I entered the house dripping wet from the rain.
Also if you can find a virtual run partner who is on the same week as you, you can motivate each other. It works for me
Well done on reaching the end of week 2

Hi Keels, just follow the program and if you feel unsure about any of your runs just repeat them. Just keep thinking “it’s not a race and I CAN do this”. Download some music, making sure you have about an hours worth for a bit of choice. ( I usually sing along to mine, in my head of course as I don’t want the men in white coats to take me away lol). This forum is awesome, just trust the experience here and you won’t go far wrong. Here if you need some support ok
Don't worry about it. Take it nice and slow and you will be fine!

Welcome aboard!! 😀
Try not to think of doing it "alone" think of it as time to become a team with your mind and body. Use the time to recognise how your body is doing, how your feet are landing which muscles are working the hardest. Pay attention to your breathing. Plus, plug in some tunes and just enjoy being outdoors (it was gorgeous today!) breathing in the fresh air!
I came to love the "me" time and couldn't wait to plug into my tunes and go!!
Plus, we're here for you, waiting to hear how it went! 👍😉🌞
Well done 👏remember there is no such thing as a fail. If you don't quite manage the scheduled run it is just a practice 😉
Hello from a fellow plodder 😃 you will definitely be able to do week 3 if you find it hard just plod even slower! Go for it!
