I put a post on here the other week about how I was struggling with week one and how I had to repeat some of the runs and was really struggling to even mentally move up to week 2. I had such great advice from people and I took on what every said and I have completed week 2 and just did my first run of week 3. Thank you so much everyone for the advice you gave me the other week it really did help and has given me a new sense of achievement

I use the Finding Nemo ‘just keep swimming’ only changed to ‘just keep running’ to keep me going 😂
