I can't quite believe i've finished week 2! This is sooo unlike me. Looking forward to starting week 3 at the weekend and am beginning to feel better about myself already, amazing!! Maybe there is hope I will be able to squeeze back into my summer clothes soon!!!!

Brilliant. Well done you. I love it when those sneaky extra Christmas pounds start dropping off. It doesn't take too much of a weight loss to make you feel buoyed up and positive does it.

Many Thanks for the encouragement. Think this is a great time of year to start this programme- hopefully there will be a few good months of weather ahead to spur me on!!
