  • Well done. It's a good plan. I thought running for more than 2 minutes was impossible now regularly running 5k and inching towards 6K.

The sense of achievement of what was supposedly impossible is great. I stuck to the plan and now I'm only a few pounds of top end of normal for my BMI.

  • Congratulations and well done you keep up the fantastic work hope I be there to soon running 5k πŸƒ

  • Well done, what great results already! Sounds like you're doing brilliantly. It's sensible to stick with Laura and the programme to avoid injury and make sure you're increasing slowly. The weeks will fly by and you'll be running for 30 minutes before you know it so no need to rush. :)

  • Thanks For replying will stick with the program like clockwork has its really working for me absolutely loving it xx

  • So good to hear. Amazing, isn't it? I was an exercise phobe and now I love running!

  • Yes it is so tempting for me to keep running but I say to myself that time will come in the following weeks but can really notice already the difference in me and don't want to run to far to soon so I start walking and running when Laura says , il keep you posted on my progress thanks for the support πŸ˜€

  • I've just come back from eight weeks on the injury couch and I promise it's absolutely no fun at all. You're so right - a few extra minutes running is not worth getting injured for! You're doing great, will keep an eye out for your posts! :)

  • I am at exactly the same stage as you but find I get really hungry on days I run in the morning. So have lost precisely nothing in weight. 😩 Love the running though.

  • hey britts4ever - i'm exactly the same as you. Yesterday completed Day 1 run of week 3 so Day 2 tomorrow. Well done so far - look forward to catching up with your progress :-) x
