W5R1 post head cold

I had to have an extra day’s break when I came down with massive head cold just after finishing W4R3.

For some reason I had psyched myself up to 5+8+5 run intervals so was a bit surprised and somewhat relieved to find it was 3x5 mins. Again felt strong at the end of the third interval so gave it an extra push for the last minute. It felt amazing, almost like I used to feel when fit and running marathons!

I’m really looking forward to next runs now.

Well done Sook2 , good to hear you're feeling better and that getting rid of that headcold has led you on to NAIL this run!!! What a great feeling it is when you still feel strong at the end of a run??!! Let us know how you get on with the rest of this week

Good that you're feeling better and got out for what sounded like a really enjoyable run. Well done you 😊
