Today I ran for those who cant run through illness or injury. Thank you for being with me, you kept me going for a new PB. 1st 5k was race which turned out to be 4.9k in 32:44. Tuesday 5k 33:22 today you ran with me in 31:47 go us. Will you be with me on Sunday please. The rain held off until I was in the car. Double bonus.

Thank you sheer bloody mindedness and saying on forum I'd be running for those who couldn't today really pushed me on. Hard work but great afterglow.

Well done, good times. Enjoy the runs. Be careful not to over do it yet awhile - you might ignore that as I do when I say the same thing to myself, but we should 🙂

Thank you. I actually thought I was running slower as ran without my super fast hubby today. Planned a scenic route for sunday where I do intend to slow down so I'm not counting down the last few metres

Thank you but surprise surprise think I over did it yesterday so will have extra rest day. Then I'll take you on a lovely run along our canal, through the locks and marina down to the sea locks on Monday. Is your pain easing up a bit?

Rest well and I’m hoping to have a short run on Monday as no new pain and old pain easing thanks

I had an X-ray last week which showed no improvement, but not worse. Still painful but not as bad. Some days seem better than others. Went for a short walk the other day which was good, hopefully will get out today.

Just feel so useless, especially seeing all the jobs building up in the house. In saying that the family have learnt how to use the vac & washing machine😂

Really looking forward to getting back to normal.

Thanks for asking 😊

Sorry to hear you are still not seeing improvement but really great if family taking over chores - good lesson for them that you need to milk as much as you can 😉 enjoy your walks in this lovely autumn weather
