Just ran my first 5k today, it took me 42.35mins is that good for the first time. Thats my starting point I suppose and I do feel good for doing it.

Congrats on the achievement - that's a good time for your first 5K. I did my first one a few weeks ago in a similar time and last night managed to finish one in 35.39 so your times will improve if that's what you want to achieve. Otherwise just the sense of achievement in completing the distance is enough for many on here and is something to be proud of.
