I've just ran my first 5K since graduating, had a few stops as my laces were too tight, but I did 5K! I'm extremely proud of myself today 😊

Well done!
Those two extra holes at the top of your shoes might come in very handy for you. If you use a 'lace lock' it allows you to tie them quite tightly/smugly without the additional pressure that causes pins and needles etc.

Brilliant run, well done. Plenty more of those to come Im betting. Double bow the laces, or as Dunder says, try the lace lock 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻
