First official 5k since Graduation!

So I graduated Monday just gone and decided tonight I would keep going until I hit the 5k mark! I missed having MJ's encouraging words in my ear! 33 mins 30s later 5k was done, no bad for a first go after a day's work! At least I came home dry! I seem to be good at going out in heavy rain these days! Hopefully over the next few weeks my body will get used to the full distance and my pace will increase. The C25K program is amazing and I'm recommending it to so many people!

I think I need to be a bit more 'brave' if you know what I mean! I seem to be comfortable sitting around the 6.40 pace. Knocking 3.5 mins off seems a lot but 🤞 it'll happen!
