I've just realised it's now over a week since I last went on a run (W5R2). Middle of last week I came down with what turned out to be tonsillitis and had to spend several days in bed. Am back at work today, but definitely not well enough to be running again. Before I started C25K I would never have thought I'd be saying this, but I'm really sad I can't run. So anyone running today, please run for me too πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ Then, in a very roundabout way, I can feel like I'm not missing out as much π Fingers crossed I'll be up to trying a gentle run by the weekend π€

Bio yoghurt if you are on antibiotics will help too. Your runs will wait for you so rest & recover well! We will be there to cheer you back on the trail!π³
